We first published“Supreme Court will hear arguments next year on United States immigrant detention policy in Washington”
The headline described a different case. This story is about the cases the court declined to hear on Oct. 5. We also wrote that the court gave its orders on Sept. 28; that was the date of the justices' private meeting, and the orders came out Oct. 5.
